Huge Update!!!

Brady and I took Taylee to the park for the first time. We had
so much fun. Taylee loved going down the slide.

Taylee and I got to go visit my sister Nichole and her family.
It was so much fun seeing the kids play with Taylee. They sure do
love her. Nichole and I relaxed and talked all day long. I really miss
her and I have to say she is the cutest pregnant person ever.
My niece and nephew are so dang cute and have awesome personalities.
I couldn't stop laughing at them. They are very entertaining.

My mom and dad got to come spend Halloween with us.
Even though Taylee is still really little we still wanted to go
out and have some fun. It felt like nobody else dressed up
when we went into town, but we didn't care. I am excited for next year cause
Taylee will be a little bit more into Halloween.

Update about Taylee:)

She is now sitting up all by herself and rolling from one side of
the room to the other. She can also clap and she is starting to get her knees up under her as though she is trying to crawl. It looks almost like she is doing the worm.
Taylee is so fun, we just love her.

Date night!!!

Last weekend our ward was having a dance so I thought it
would be fun to go. Of course Brady was not really feeling
it but he was a good sport. My baby sisters were nice to come to
our home and watch Taylee while we went to the dance. For those
who know how I am about public dancing I can honestly say I totally
boogied. Brady got into it to. We had so much fun. They had a lot of country
swing dancing. I had know idea what I was doing but Brady sure did. He pretty
much dragged me across the floor. We just laughed it off. At least I can say I tried.
The next day I got to hang out with my sisters for a while. I had so much fun with them.
They are so cute with Taylee and she just loves them. She always had a big smile when they
would enter a room. We all had so much fun.

Sleepy baby girl

Taylee was attacking my face which
I like to think of as her giving me kisses. She put
her head down and never come back up. Brady
came over to see what she was doing and sure enough
she was asleep.

A few days ago I went and got Taylee out of her crib
and brought her into our room. She was laying on the pillow
in between Brady and I. She started scooting herself closer to him until
she ended up in this position. She really loves her dad.

Fun things happening at the Mitchell house!!!

We had Taylee's 4 month check up the other day and the doctor
said it was okay to start feeding her rice cereal. It was so cute
watching her try it for the first time. I have to say she really liked it a lot. My mom got to come to my home and hang out with us this weekend. I loved it, her and Taylee had so much fun together. It's so nice having my mom be such a big part of Taylee's life.

Moving

I never thought in a million years I would move away from Utah. Brady got a new job that took us to Colorado. We have been so busy packing and getting ready for a new adventure. Wow a baby and a new home who knew?? Colorado has been a good change for our new little family. It's great to get out on our own and have a fun adventure. Taylee is getting so big and her personality is showing through. It's fun being a mom. Everyday she does something new to put a smile on my face. Brady is the best dad he works all day, but when he comes home from a long day at work he spends time with Taylee and lets me catch up on what ever i didn't get done that day. Here are some pictures of our baby girl.

Blessing Day

Goose (Taylee) was blessed on July 26, 2009. It was such a special day to have all our family and friends there for Taylee on her big day. She looked just gorgeous in her little white dress, which apparently tasted great because she was eating it all day. Her daddy blessed her and seeing that was wonderful. After he blessed her he held her up so everyone could see how gorgeous she was. Thanks to everyone who was able to come out.

Rolling over

Taylee is growing up so fast. The other day I laid her on our living room floor so she could kick and stretch her legs. I turned my head to look at the T.V and when i looked back at her she was rolling to her stomach. I couldn't believe it she is not even 2 months old.I think it scared her because she had a panic look on her cute little face. I wish I new where my camera was so I could have taken a picture of it. I laid her on her back to see if she would do it again, but I had know luck. Oh well we will keep trying.

My Little Girl

Here are the latest photo's of Taylee

Taylee Lynn
Born on May 25Th, 2009
8 Lbs 7 Oz and 19 inches long!

Us Leaving the hospital:)
Her first morning home.

On May 25, 2009 around 3:00 am I woke up with painful contractions. They were every five minute. I didn't want to get sent home again so Brady and I waited until I couldn't take it any longer. When we got to the hospital the nurse was not sure if I was dilated enough so we waited for the doctor. I just kept thinking please don't send me home. I was already three days late. I know it could be worse but three days late seemed like years being pregnant. The doctor came in and said that he was going to break my water. I was so happy to hear those words. Now all we needed to do was wait until I was fully dilated. Our family was so patient waiting for our little girl. I was so happy cause Nichole got to be their. It meant so much to me. Finally around 9:00 pm I started pushing. I pushed for one hour when the nurse discovered that our baby girl was turned. She was coming out ear first. They got the doctor and he ended up vacuuming her out. So after two hours of pushing our beautiful baby girl was here. She was born at 11:44 pm. We couldn't be more happy. I just want to thank our family for staying the whole time it was a long day, but well worth it.
The Family!

Thank you everyone for all your support and love!
There is a slide show of some pictures of Taylee posted at the bottom of my blog that my sister took. I hope you all enjoy!
